Sales Policy

All snakes sold by us are sold with the assumption that the new owner understands the basic needs of Ball Pythons as-well as their husbandry requirements. Please take note that we are strictly an online store where snakes are available for purchase. We do not have the resources available to coach prospective clients on species specific reptile husbandry.

First time snake buyers need to be especially clear on this.

Guarantee                       

We guarantee all animals to be healthy, correctly sexed and established feeders at the time of sale.

Payments

We accept Bank EFT or Cash.  Once your payment has cleared, your shipment can be released from our premises. Payments made in person must be made by cash, however a deposit of R500.00 will need to be made before any arrangements are made to collect a snake. Please be aware that the animal/s remain for sale until we have received this deposit. If someone else wants to buy your snake before you pay the deposit, we will not stop them. Payment in full is necessary before any animals will leave our premises.

Genetic Identification Policy

We will always represent any advertised animal with the correct genetic identification to the best of our knowledge using our years of experience and research. However, there is still the possibility that mistakes could be made, though highly unlikely. We therefore cannot offer our customers a guarantee on any co-dominant gene identified in an advertised animal. Customers need to be aware that we simply do not have the facilities to correct this at a later stage (ie store credits etc).We do however guarantee any Heterozygous genetic identification offered to any buyer.

Payment Plans

We offer payment plans on purchases over R1000.00. A typical payment plan would involve paying an agreed-upon deposit (not less than R500.00) and then settling the remaining amount by an agreed upon date. The repayment amounts are very much open for discussion, and we will be more than happy to put together a plan that will help you to get the animals that you need.

There are however certain conditions to our payment plans, so please note the following:

  • Once the deposit clears, there can be no alterations to the deal.
  • You may not swap the snake you ordered with another one or change the duration of the plan for any reason whatsoever.
  • All monies paid during the duration of the agreed upon time frame, are not refundable. If you forfeit, you lose your outlay.
  • We do not send payment reminders.
  • If the agreed upon final deadline arrives and the outstanding amount is not settled, the agreement will be forfeited as well as all prior monies paid.
  • No animal will leave our premises until full payment has cleared into our account.
  • Due to time constraints, we are unfortunately not in position to take updated photos and give feedback on individual snakes during the term of the agreement.
  • All snakes in our care will be properly cared for. (kept clean, well fed and heated.)
  • We do not offer discounts on payment plans
  • In the event of more than one customer wanting to purchase a specific animal at the same time, cash sales will always take preference over a payment plan.
  • Customers are welcome to settle the outstanding amount before the agreed upon settlement date.
  • If applicable, transportation costs will be factored into the total amount upfront.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the order, we will do an immediate and full refund.

Cancellations

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

We will always be glad to address a few quick questions via text or call, but once a clients needs require a level of assistance that necessitates a degree of professional expertise and time, we will be obliged to book a consultation and apply our hourly rate.
